Pastor J. Robert (Rob)
Early became the pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church in November, 2003. Prior to that he served in the same church
as a deacon, Sunday School teacher, and church treasurer. When the previous pastor resigned, God used
Philippians 2:20 (For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for
your state) to show His choice for the next church pastor. The church unanimously voted to recognize
this call, and Rob Early was ordained at Tabernacle Baptist Church in July
2004. Pastor Early was born in
Ahoskie, North Carolina in 1957, and moved to New York state to attend
college. He holds a bachelors degree
in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. He lives with his wife Barbara and daughter
Elizabeth in the neighboring community of Royalton, NY. |
